How sweet!

So this is the cover of my sorority's (Alpha Xi Delta) magazine that I recieve every few months. I don't want to hear any remarks about my being in a sorority...I would do it all over again, I met some of my very best friends in & through Alpha Xi. Anyway, the cover and the first article in the magazine is all about the history of my sorority & Brian's fraternity, Sigma Nu! It was with the help of the Sigma Nu's that our founders started our sorority. They even featured Alpha Xi/Sig Nu couples in the magazine that are married and engaged. Very cool. I'm not really sure how they found the couples to feature (since we are not in there), but either way it was really cute. See, we were totally destined to be togethe r! ha ha ha!

Mizzou T-Shirt

My parents were kind enough to get Nolan clothes for Christmas and that wouldn't be complete without some Mizzou gear. I think Dad had a lot to do with this. Of course this is the same Dad who said if Mizzou & SEMO ever went head to head in sports, he was going to be faithful to Mizzou...even though I attended SEMO!
Here are a couple shots of him in his new T-shirt. We can't wait to put him in his Mizzou uniform...won't be long before it's warm enough! Thanks G & G L!

New Years Dinner

Cheyna & Andrew, along with Abby had the worst trip home I think I have ever heard. They were returning from Wisconsin, visiting family for Christmas and we thought they may never get home...they ended up arriving home a day later than planned, but with multiple tries on different planes. Every time our phone rang and they told us the new drama we were all just like, "How can all this go wrong for ONE trip?" We missed them lots and are happy they returned home safely. They got home yesterday afternoon and they were troopers and still came to dinner for Brian's pot roast. It was great for G&G to put names with faces and we were really happy to see them again. Abby is such a cutie, she's doing so many cool things these days!
Andrew took a picture of our family, which is rare that one of us isn't taking the pic. (if you'll notice Nolan's t-shirt is his MIZZOU tigers shirt from G&G L!)
This is both the kids playing "giddy up horsie" with Andrew, but I cropped the picture, because they are so cute...and let's face it the two of them NEVER hold still long enough for us to get a good shot of both of them together!
