Heather's Birthday

A few weeks ago a group of us girls went out on the town to celebrate Heather's birthday. It was a blast to go downtown Boston without strollers and diaper bags and let loose a bit. We shared a lot of laughs that night and I'm really, really glad that all these ladies have come into my life.

Jess & Heather: Our dinner spot was really fun. They make everyone a hat with something obnoxious written on it. These two hats are the only two blog-appropriate ones (G rated). The waiters are also supposed to be rude, but its hard to tell since we're in Boston and often that's the case anyway!! :) We just gave it right back to him. Our whole clan!

Hot Apple Cider

Over the summer we were planning on having a garage sale, in which we had promised Nolan he could have a lemonade stand. Well, things happen (kids get sick), so we cancelled the garage sale and decided to put big items on Craigslist and donate the rest. Nolan, however, was devasted that he wasn't going to get to do his lemonade stand. So, full of mommy guilt, as the weather turned chilly, I decided we would do a hot apple cider stand instead. The day that finally worked out for us was really cold, so it turned out perfectly!
Jess came out with her boys and took these AWESOME pictures. She is truly so talented!!
This is her youngest Trenton. I adore this picture of him and love how she even captured the steam of the cider! These pictures were taken by Jess, too! Amazing because I swear the twins cried most of the time. It was just too cold and they wanted to run around, but we were right by the street. Thankfully Bri came home early (for hot cider) and then took them home to warm up and play.
Nolan counting his loot at the end of the afternoon.
He actually fared very well, making about $18!

Boo Bowling

The Saturday night before Halloween the base bowling alley had a halloween bowling bash. Jess was on top of the game and reserved two lanes ages ago for all of us. The kids sported their costumes and it was hectic, but lots of fun! Thanks Jess!!!
