Thanksgiving Day

This is way late, but better than never. We had a lovely Thanksgiving day spent with friends. Becky and Tim hosted dinner, along with Tim's parents. They have a brand new baby girl, Emily, who is just precious, so we had 3 babies and a Nolan. I was worried he may scale the walls, but he did great until the end when he was just done. He also fell asleep on the 30 second drive home and was not to be woken no matter how hard we tried. So by 6:30 he was tucked in bed. By 7:30 the twins were asleep...talk about miracles! It was so nice.
These were the only pics we took. It was a beautiful day so we took a walk before the gobbling began!

Nolan helping me with the pecan pie. I actually watched a Martha Stewart special and finally learned how to make the edges of the pie look pretty. My crust is pillsbury so Martha would be horrified, but I'm excited!

Because it was Thanksgiving, we introduced sweet potatoes that night. So far, it seems to be both their favorites!! They were both so annoyed I was taking pics and wanted dinner pronto!!
