Pillow Pet

Nolan has been begging and talking about getting a pillow pet ever since we moved to Boston and some kids in the neighborhood had them. They have a kiosk at the mall and he kept asking for one, so finally we told him if he bought it, he could get one (we actually paid for half). So he counted out the money from his piggie bank, put it in his treasured wallet and paid for it himself. He was very, very proud and chose the Penguin. He first named him Joseph, but we explained that was too confusing, so he renamed him Steve. For those that don't have kids Nolan's age, the pillow pet is a pillow and a pet. And he will tell anyone how its machine washable (he is a sucker for their TV commercial). All joking aside, the thing is VERY cozy!
